I’m a speaker, AI educator, and the Founder & CEO of ChatBlackGPT™, culturally inclusive AI software bringing perspectives from Black and African American communities into the conversation. My work explores how technology reflects the people who build it, the information it learns from, and the communities it serves.
My career includes roles at Meta, Microsoft, and AWS. Today, I bring that experience into rooms where people are figuring out what AI means for their work—and where they fit in its future.
Based in Detroit, I connect responsible AI, entrepreneurship, and storytelling through one consistent goal: helping people recognize the value of their own perspective. I was named to Black Tech Saturdays’ Future 100 in December 2025.
Erin Reddick is the founder and CEO of ChatBlackGPT™, an AI chatbot that centers Black perspectives. A former Meta and AWS professional turned AI cultural technologist, she creates tools that address algorithmic bias and advance digital equity. She speaks internationally on Black futures in AI, digital civil rights, and inclusive technology.
Erin Reddick is an AI cultural technologist and founder and CEO of ChatBlackGPT™, a chatbot grounded in Black history, culture, and lived experience. Her work brings community perspectives into conversations about how artificial intelligence is designed and used. Before founding ChatBlackGPT, Erin worked at Meta and Amazon Web Services in program management, technical sourcing, and engagement. She draws on that experience as a prompt engineer, public interest technologist, and keynote speaker exploring culturally informed AI, algorithmic bias, and digital civil rights. Her audiences have included HubSpot’s First-Gens in Tech, the National HBCU Week Conference, Scripps College, Phillips Academy, and the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce. Across her speaking and founder work, Erin asks how technology can better reflect the communities it serves—and how more people can help shape its future.
